SERVICES OVERVIEW Our service technicians are trained and experienced in providing customers with exceptional and cost-effective solutions for compressor maintenance issues. Worthington’s sales team works directly with our technicians to ensure a seamless, timely, and effective handoff of information and a dependable process for you. If you are experiencing any problems with your machine, we’ll help you diagnose operations or maintenance problems by phone, taking advantage of our Remote Technical Support Service. Often, we can guide our customers to perform simple maintenance with in-house resources. For more complex issues, Worthington offers Global Service Solutions for compressors. We can even send a team directly to your facility - no matter where you are located. If your air system seems to be consistently underperforming, Worthington Division can restore it to like-new condition with our comprehensive Overhaul and Exchange Service. When your compressor is in a critical application, and you can’t afford weeks of downtime for a major rebuild, we can provide spare assemblies that enable us to return your machine to original performance in as little as 3-4 days. Our cost-effective rebuilds include painstaking inspection of every part in your compressor - any of which we can build to order, at our manufacturing facility, if not already in stock. Any component that could make your system less than optimal will be replaced. Your Worthington compressor was most likely purchased due to excellent fleet reliability, low maintenance costs, and efficiency. If you are considering replacement options, why not contact us first, to learn what it would take to return your Worthington compressor to like-new condition? Learn more about our no charge Teardown and Inspection Service. You simply ship us the compressor. We’ll perform a complete disassembly and inspection, provide recommendations for rebuild, and provide a firm-priced proposal to perform the work. If you proceed with the work, the teardown and inspection charges are credited towards the rebuild. If you decide not to repair the machine, your only cost is shipment of the compressor. |
