Each has years of experience helping our customers to identify and procure genuine Worthington parts, for even our oldest machines, to keep them running reliably for generations. Customers routinely call in for technical support of their compressors as well. Whenever possible, our customer service reps, service managers, or engineers guide our customers through troubleshooting steps to identify operating and maintenance issues. For preventive maintenance and routine repairs, they’ll even explain to your in-house maintenance technicians in proper steps to do the work. This is possible as long as your staff has basic mechanical skills, adequate tooling, and we can be assured that the work can be performed safely. This service is offered at no charge.
