OVERHAUL & EXCHANGE SERVICES The most efficient way to keep your Worthington compressor reliably and efficiently running for the maximum uptime is to participate in our Overhaul and Exchange Services program. We can supply you with spare compressor assemblies for many models of Worthington compressors. Our technicians will efficiently change these out at your site in exchange for the in-service components, often leaving only the compressor frame in place. After cleaning and checks of the remaining frame and equipment, the new components will be installed to original factory specifications. Upon receipt of the used components at our Service Facility, we’ll completely inspect all parts and components to determine suitability for reuse. Parts not meeting tolerance requirements will be scrapped, acceptable parts will be restored to like-new tolerance. The components will be reassembled, ready for a future exchange on a planned or emergency basis at your facility.
